from $2,500
The recurring manual work, engineered away. Macros, templates, validation, and error handling built so a non-technical team can run it without calling anyone. Documented and handed over — no dependency on us afterward.
from $5,000
Invoices, statements, and forms turned into clean structured data automatically. AI-assisted extraction with review steps where accuracy matters, so nobody types a PDF into a spreadsheet again.
project-based
When the spreadsheet has genuinely run out of road: web and mobile applications, internal tools, and integrations. Scoped and priced after a discovery conversation.
Recent work
Software MK1 Logic built for itself and runs day to day. Not client case studies — the tools behind the practice, and the clearest evidence of what gets built.
Internal product
A document assembly system that turns structured inputs into finished, consistently formatted documents without manual copy-paste.
Internal product
An analytics and monitoring tool that keeps an eye on operational data and surfaces what changed, so nobody has to go looking.
Internal product
Time, scope, and invoicing tracked in one place, built to replace the spreadsheet-and-memory approach most small practices run on.
Internal system
A long-running automation environment wiring together devices, schedules, and data feeds — the proving ground for integration work.
How it works
Twenty minutes. You describe the process; we ask about volume, frequency, and where it breaks.
A written fixed scope with a fixed price and a delivery date, usually within two business days. If the work isn't worth what it costs, we'll say so.
You get progress you can see, not a black box. Questions get answered the same day.
Working automation, documentation, and a walkthrough with whoever runs it. Thirty days of support included.
About
MK1 Logic is a Georgia-based technology consultancy founded by Jae Lee, who has spent his career building analytics, automation, and software for teams that needed the work done rather than discussed.
It's deliberately founder-led. The person on your first call is the person who writes your code — no account managers, no handoffs, no junior staff learning on your budget. That caps how many clients we take at once, which is the point.
Twenty minutes, no obligation. You'll leave knowing whether the problem is worth automating and roughly what it would cost — whether or not you hire us.
